Stat Refund & Exchange Policy

At Stat, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order (in Cairo), provided the scrubs are returned in mint condition (unworn, unwashed).

Once we receive your returned scrubs, our team will carefully inspect them. If they meet our return standards, your refund will be processed exclusively via Instapay, regardless of the original payment method.

Alternatively, you may choose an exchange for a different size or color of your choice (subject to availability).

Please note that items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
